Small bug fixes

Pushed a small update with bug fixes.  

Should fix:

- Eating not chaining correctly in many cases

- Creatures becoming un-selectable (Will not turn/won't eat.  This is caused by them being orphaned by the game manager, please report if you see it again)

- Score not updating correctly

- Missing east sprite

- A few pond related edge cases

Thanks for all the support, this will probably be the last update until DD56.
